Krvn Online Return Policy

At Krvn, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, you have the right to return items under the following conditions:

1. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Consumer Rights Act 2022, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. This period begins on the day you receive your order.

2. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Timeframe: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date you notify us of your intention to withdraw.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  • Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as underwear, swimwear, or earrings cannot be returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as you are liable for any loss or damage during transit.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team on Instagram @krvn.studios within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your intention to withdraw.

  2. You will receive a Return Authorization and instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Ensure that the items meet the return conditions outlined above.

  4. Ship the items to the address provided, including your order number and any relevant details.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on Instagram @krvn.studios. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and cover any return shipping costs associated with the fault.
