Krvn Shipping Policy

At Krvn, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below:

We currently offer shipping within the Republic of Ireland only.

Courier Service: All orders are dispatched using An Post's tracked parcel service.
Delivery Timeframe: Estimated delivery is within 3–5 working days from the date of dispatch. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Free Delivery: We offer free tracked shipping on all orders, regardless of order value.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–2 working days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including tracking information.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Missed Deliveries: If no one is available to receive the delivery, An Post will leave a notice with instructions for re-delivery or collection.
Incorrect Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at the time of order. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Delays: While we strive to meet our delivery estimates, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather conditions, courier delays). We appreciate your understanding in such cases.
